Richard Davis, President
Rich is a veteran legal recruiting executive having co-founded a successful national legal search firm prior to launching Starkey Legal Search. Rich has placed Law Firm Partners and Practice Groups, Associates, General Counsels (at publicly-held and private corporations) and countless in-house attorneys. Rich began his legal career as an Enforcement Attorney at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. After several successful prosecutions, Rich joined a corporate transactional practice at an international law firm where he was later recruited by a publicly-held technology company to become General Counsel. Rich is also a Certified Public Accountant; he graduated with honors from Brooklyn Law School and Boston University�s School of Management. Rich serves on the Board of Directors of Keeping Babies Safe, a not-for-profit organization focused on crib safety.
Lisa Salzberg, Senior Recruiter
After 20 years of successful litigation practice, Lisa moved over to recruiting several years ago to recruit part-time. She uses her vast legal connections to find candidates a better quality of life. She finds fulfillment by helping other attorneys grow professionally while loving their career. Lisa obtained her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton. Sarah Krieger, Senior Recruiter
Sarah is an experienced legal recruiter and has placed associates in various practice areas at law firms throughout New Jersey and New York. Sarah obtained her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Rutgers College. Prior to her career as a recruiter, Sarah completed a prestigious judicial clerkship and then practiced matrimonial law at one of New Jersey�s largest law firms. Sarah brings her valuable experience and insight as both a legal practitioner and recruiter to Starkey Legal Search.
